Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of Adams Rental Management LLC, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the provision of all digital marketing services, including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Content Marketing.

2. Services and Scope of Work

Adams Rental Management LLC will provide digital marketing services as outlined in the specific proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing. We will use our best efforts to deliver the services in a professional and timely manner.

3. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide Adams Rental Management LLC with all necessary access to information, digital assets, and platforms (e.g., website admin access, ad accounts) required to perform the agreed-upon services. The Client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all materials provided to Adams Rental Management LLC.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services will be due as specified in the SOW or invoice. Services are typically billed on a monthly retainer basis, payable in advance. Ad spend for PPC campaigns is a separate cost and is payable directly by the Client to the advertising platform (e.g., Google, Meta).

Late payments may result in a suspension of services and/or incur late fees as permitted by law. All fees paid to Adams Rental Management LLC for services rendered are non-refundable.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. Adams Rental Management LLC will not disclose any confidential client information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Any pre-existing intellectual property shall remain the property of its respective owner. All content, campaign strategies, and deliverables created by Adams Rental Management LLC specifically for the Client during the term of the agreement will become the property of the Client upon full and final payment for the services.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Guarantees

Adams Rental Management LLC will make every effort to achieve the Client's desired results. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, rankings, or return on investment (ROI). The digital marketing landscape is dynamic and subject to factors beyond our control, such as search engine algorithm changes and competitor activities. In no event shall Adams Rental Management LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

8. Term and Termination

The term of the service agreement will be specified in the SOW. Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice, typically 30 days. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for all fees accrued up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Adams Rental Management LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Modifications

Adams Rental Management LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
